RIVER HILL BOOSTERS SUMMER CAMPS

New ! Paper Magic Book Camp
Young artists will turn paper and cardboard into amazing books that move, pop, and tell stories in this hands-on camp! Students will explore a variety of artist books including accordion books, pop-up books, and tunnel books, learning playful paper-engineering techniques to design and illustrate their own artist book, inspired by an original story or a favorite book we explore together. Perfect for kids who love drawing, storytelling, and making things with their hands! (Age Group 8-13)

We welcome all interested participants to improve their strength and skills by taking part in our fun filled Summer Camps. In additional to our outstanding sports camps we now offer Paper Magic Book Camp!

Also, the HAWKS SPORTS Camp features age-appropriate instruction in basketball, tennis, volleyball, soccer, softball, flag football, pickleball, floor hockey, kickball, and more. Campers will be actively engaged in drills, competitions, and games. This coed camp will be held inside the gyms and outside on the fields and tennis courts. Campers will be grouped based on age and ability level. Full day and half day camp options are available.

The PTSA of River Hill High School (RHHS) is currently seeking individuals who are interested in volunteering next year, Academic Year 2025-2026.

River Hill High School Boosters now partners with both premier driver's education programs in our region -- Street Smarts of Maryland and Greg's Driving School! Through partnerships like these, we've been able to raise over $65,000 in support of student activities and programs.

In partnership with Kelly Care, Boosters offers affordable sports physicals to current River Hill students and incoming freshmen. Howard County Public School System policy requires every athlete to have verification of an examination within 12 months of the tryout date for the particular sport in order to try out for any high school sport. Kelly Care generously donates their time and appointments to the River Hill Boosters.

IMPORTANT: This sports physical should not replace the annual visit with the athlete's primary care physician.

HOW MUCH: $30. In order to receive the $30 sports physical, you must pre-purchase via the link below.

WHERE: All sports physicals take place at the Clarksville location of Kelly Care, located next to the River Hill Gym and Giant.

- When making the appointment choose Kelly Care as your location. This is the Clarksville location. Do not choose Kelly Goodman, NP & Associates, PC.

- When they ask for APPOINTMENT TYPE, choose RIVER HILL SPORTS PHYSICAL. This is located at the bottom of the list of appointment types.

- When you are asked about insurance, choose NO INSURANCE. Regardless if you have your own insurance, please register without it.

- Complete the required online booking questions and confirm your appointment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

Your email confirmation is your receipt. You must print the email and bring with you as your proof of payment.
Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form. This form is to be filled out by the patient and parent prior to seeing the physician. Click here to access and print the evaluation form.
