Boosters Meeting

Our first Boosters meeting is today, Monday, September 15th at 7:00 PM in Planning Room B. All are welcome to attend.

River Hill Wins Rival Week!

Congrats River Hill! We won the Chick-fil-A Clarksville Rival Week vs. Glenelg High School. Thanks to all who participated! And thank you to Chick-fil-A for being a great supporter of our school. 

Fall Sports Updates

Golf: The Girls team sits at 4-0 after defeating an undefeated Howard team & the Boys team also won vs. Howard. The boys move to 3-1 on the season.

Football: Varsity football lost a tough back and forth game to Glenelg. Final score 7-16. JV plays on Monday 9/15.

Field Hockey: Varsity was 0-3 this week. Next game is Monday v. Mt. Hebron.

Volleyball: Varsity was 1-1 this week. Defeated Long Reach. JV was 1-1. Freshman team was 2-0 with wins v. Howard and Long Reach.

Boys Soccer: Varsity was 1-1 this week. They lost v. Glenelg 1-2. Goal by Ravi Tuscano. They won v. Long Reach 1-0. Goal by Teddy Yao.

JV boys soccer won vs. Long Reach HS 1-0.

Girls Soccer: Varsity won 2 games and tied 1 game. Won games v. Glenelg and Guilford Park.

Allied Soccer: 1st Home Game v. Glenelg was a win! The team played great and cheer came to support, along with various teams.

Cross Country: Boys and Girls Cross Country had huge PR’s this weekend at the Eagle Invitational held at Centennial High School. We saw lots of improvement and enthusiasm on both the JV and Varsity squads. Boys Varsity Team placed 3rd out of 23 teams overall. Thanks to strong finishes lead by Noah Levy, Lucas Chiang, and freshman Collin Campbell. Girls Varsity placed 6th out of 15 teams overall. They were lead by Alyssa Mattes, Ayla Sanderoff, & Hailyn Jung. Alyssa Mattes ran for 2nd place overall in the Girls Varsity race. This week the team will visit Atholton for a Tri-meet and the excitement continues this Saturday to Hereford for the always exciting Bull Run Invitational!

Friday Night Lights

Whether you are headed to a big game or out with friends for the evening, don't forget to stop by RIVER HILL GRILL any time 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Fridays during football season and a portion of all proceeds will be donated back to RHHS Boosters. Don't miss out on this Hawk-tastic fundraiser. We'll see you at the Grill! The RHHS football game will be live streamed when available.

Driver's Ed

RHHS Boosters partners with BOTH premier driver's education programs in our region - Street Smarts of Maryland and Greg's Driving School. Both schools donate to Boosters for every student that enrolls in their program.  Not only will each registered student receive a first-rate driver's education, but each enrollment will be helping to support Boosters and our school community.
