Welcome to the Atholton/River Hill/Wilde Lake Middle/University of MD PDS Partnership.

 

In the PDS model, schools, school systems, and colleges and universities form partnerships to:

  • Enhance instruction and support for student achievement by fully including interns in the school community.
  • Target professional development for current staff, which is aligned with school improvement plans.
  • Provide a pool of highly qualified teacher candidates for the school system.

Atholton High School,  River Hill High School, Wilde Lake Middle schools are in a partnership together with the University of Maryland College Park.
